Level 1 — Customer support
Call 1800 200 4567 (Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST) or email support@easycarefinance.in with your Application ID and a description of the issue.
We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 working days.
Level 2 — Grievance Redressal Officer
If you are not satisfied with the Level 1 response, or you have had no response within 15 working days, escalate to:
Ms. Anita Deshpande, Grievance Redressal Officer
Email: grievance@easycarefinance.in
Address: 3rd Floor, Kamala Mills Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013
The Grievance Redressal Officer responds within 15 working days of escalation.
Level 3 — The lending partner's nodal officer
Complaints about the loan itself — the sanctioned terms, EMI collection, penal charges, statements, closure or the conduct of recovery — must be raised with the lending partner, since we are not the lender.
The nodal officer's name and contact details are printed in your loan agreement and on the lender's website. We will help you locate them if needed.
Level 4 — RBI Ombudsman
If your complaint against a regulated lender is not resolved within 30 days, you may approach the Reserve Bank of India under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.
Complaints can be filed online at cms.rbi.org.in, by email to CRPC@rbi.org.in, or by post to the Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre, Reserve Bank of India, 4th Floor, Sector 17, Chandigarh 160017. Filing is free.
Reporting fraud or misrepresentation
If anyone asks you to pay a fee in cash or to a personal account, demands your OTP or PIN, or asks you to send KYC documents over WhatsApp while claiming to represent Easy Care Finance, do not comply. Report it immediately to grievance@easycarefinance.in with any screenshots, numbers or recordings you have.
