Nature of our service
We provide a facilitation service that connects applicants with RBI-registered lending partners. We are not a party to any loan agreement between you and a lender, and we have no authority to approve, decline, price or vary a loan.
Nothing on this website is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or financial, tax or legal advice.
Your obligations
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and that all information you submit is true, current and your own.
Submitting false information, another person's documents or forged records is a criminal offence. Such applications are rejected, reported to the lending partner and to law-enforcement authorities where required.
You are responsible for keeping your Application ID and registered mobile number secure, as these are used to access your application status.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting an application you authorise us and our lending partners to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email and other channels about your application, even if your number is registered on the DND or NCPR list.
You also authorise the lending partners you select to obtain your credit information report from credit information companies for the purpose of assessing your application.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by writing to support@easycarefinance.in. Service communications relating to an active application will continue.
Accuracy of information on this site
The interest rate plan, fees, eligibility criteria, amounts and timelines shown on this website reflect our current published terms and partner policies, which change from time to time. They are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer of credit. The figures in your sanction letter and loan agreement prevail over anything shown here.
All interest rates published on this website are flat rates charged on the sanctioned amount for the full tenure, not per-annum reducing-balance rates. The equivalent APR is shown alongside every rate.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for a lending partner's decision to approve or decline your application, for the terms it offers, for its conduct, or for any loss arising from your loan.
We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, by unauthorised access to your Application ID or mobile number, or by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
